In a nutshell: PawsTick is a "Local First" app. We
do not own servers, we do not upload your pet data, and we do not
collect your photos. All your data is stored on your device or in
your personal iCloud/Google Drive.
1. Data Collection and Storage
We do not collect, store, or transmit your
personal information (such as name, pet breed, medical records, or
photos).

Local Storage: All pet profiles, check-in
records, and images are saved in your device's local sandbox.

Cloud Backup: If you use the "Backup" feature,
your data file (.db) is saved to
your own iCloud Drive or file system, which we
cannot access.
2. Permission Usage
To ensure the App functions properly, we request the following
permissions:

Photo/Camera Permission: Used to capture or
select your pet's avatar and check-in photos. These photos are
stored locally only.

Notification Permission: Used to send local
reminders for vaccinations, deworming, and other pet care tasks.
These notifications are triggered locally by your system and do
not pass through remote servers.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a minimal amount of third-party services to maintain basic
App functionality:

Apple App Store / Google Play: Used for App
downloads, updates, and in-app purchases (Pro/Founder Benefits).
Payment information is processed by the store platform, and we
do not have access to your credit card information.
