By downloading or using PawsTick (hereinafter referred to as "the
App"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree,
please uninstall the App immediately.
2. ⚠️ Medical Disclaimer (Important)
PawsTick is solely a pet care record-keeping tool and does not
provide any medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Preset schedules within the App (such as vaccination cycles) are
for reference only and may not apply to all pets.

Before making any medical decisions (such as medication or
treatment),
please consult a professional veterinarian.

The developer is not responsible for any pet health issues that
may arise from using the App's records.
3. Data Security and Responsibility
Due to the App's "Local First" architecture:

You are ultimately responsible for your data security. Please
regularly use the "Backup" feature within the App.

If you accidentally uninstall the App, lose your phone, and have
not created iCloud/file backups,
the developer cannot recover your data, as we
do not have a copy of your data.
4. Purchases and Refunds
"Founder/Pro Benefits" are typically one-time purchases.

All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or
Google Play.

If you require a refund, please contact Apple's or Google's
customer service directly. The developer cannot process refund
requests.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, code, and interface of PawsTick are owned by the
developer, Li Zhou. You may not reverse-engineer, crack, or copy
these materials.
